Within the Saskatchewan English Language Arts Curriculum are reading, viewing and listening skills and strategies that are at the heart of critically investigating and evaluating sources of information. These include identifying who creates text and for what purpose, and drawing conclusions about the explicit and implicit messages that exist within texts and are the result of interacting with texts.
